IntelliMen (the "Project") is a personal development program for men, organised by the UCKG Helpcentre. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use our website and services.

- To create and manage your account.
- To track your challenge progress and display it to you and your buddies.
- To enable the buddy system and display buddy comments.
- To send password reset emails when requested.
- To administer and secure the website.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared in the following limited circumstances:
- Buddies: Your name and progress data are visible to users you are linked with via the buddy system.
- Comments: Comments you submit are visible to all logged-in users of the site. Your buddy's comments will be pinned to the top of the comment list.
- Service providers: We do not currently use any third-party service providers. If we do so in the future, they will act as data processors under our instructions and in accordance with this policy.
- Legal obligations: We may disclose data if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of the Project and its users.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account (or request deletion), your personal data will be removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Comment content and progress data associated with your account will be anonymised or deleted upon account deletion.
