Terms of Participation

By registering and participating in the IntelliMen Project, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Eligibility
Participation is open to men of any age who are willing to commit to the project's principles and complete the challenges. By registering, you confirm that you are participating voluntarily and that the information you provide is accurate.
2. User Obligations
- Be humble to learn and be guided by the group.
- Be fully committed to completing all tasks and challenges within the given deadlines.
- Practice the spirit of sharing, especially on the group's site.
- Make your best effort to attend official group events in your area which may occur from time to time.
- Maintain respect and good humour with everyone in the group.
- Represent the group well at all times, setting a good example of behaviour and character.
- Promote the group so other men find out about it and can join in too.
- Not to submit offensive, inappropriate, or harmful content through comments, photos, or any other means.
3. Account and Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
- You must notify the administration immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
- You may not share your account with another person.
4. Content and Conduct
- You retain ownership of content you submit (comments, photos), but grant the Project a non-exclusive licence to display it on the website.
- Photos uploaded must not contain inappropriate, illegal, or offensive material.
- Comments must be respectful and constructive. Harassment, hate speech, or defamation will not be tolerated.
- If you have constructive criticism for the group organisers, that is welcome. However, comments with the intention of denigrating the group may result in exclusion.
- Your comments and photos are under your control. When you delete a comment, the associated photo is also deleted and cannot be recovered. If you upload the wrong photo, delete the comment and post a new one with the correct photo — editing the comment does not allow you to change the photo.
5. Buddy System
- The buddy system is a mutual connection feature. Buddy codes are unique to each user.
- By linking with a buddy, you consent to sharing your name and progress data with that user.
- You may remove secondary buddies (those who linked to you) at any time from your profile. However, to remove your primary buddy (the one you linked to), you must contact the administration to request removal.
6. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Project, with or without explanation, if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms. In such cases:
- Your account will be deactivated.
- Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- We hope we never have to use this right, but it is necessary to protect the integrity of the group.
7. Challenges and Progress
- There are 52 Challenges, one per week, for a year. If you are not willing to commit, do not start.
- Giving up on challenges is contrary to the spirit of the Project.
- The Project administration reserves the right to modify, add, or remove challenges as needed.
8. Limitation of Liability
The IntelliMen Project is provided as a personal development program. The Project organisers are not responsible for any direct or indirect consequences arising from your participation. The Project is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
